The Kalangan Institute was established in 2014 by its founders, Mr. Anuj Kumar and Mrs. Priyanka Sachdeva. The institute is registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 as the “Vikramala Kathak Sahitya Sanskritik Kala Samiti”. The Kalangan Institute works to promote Indian art and culture, with a special focus on Indian classical dance (Kathak), Hindustani classical vocal, instruments such as guitar, keyboard, harmonium, and tabla, as well as fine arts.
